1. Uncover main line valve at entrance; raise to grade and
repour pad.
2. Lot i Line I - meter service has leak.
3. Lot I Line I - lot clean out needs to be repaired.
4. Dirt in lot clean outs:
Lot 2 Line I
Lot 10 Line H
Lot 11 Line E
Lot 17 Line H
Lot 20 Line H
5. Clean sewer mains of dirt; water standing in manhole lines
A, B, C.
6. All manholes need rain pans.
7. Lot 34 Line A, lot clean out needs straightened.
8. Main seat leaking on fire hydrants at lot 13, lot 4.
9. Lot clean out busted at bottom, lot 36.
10. Manhole at lot 16, Line A, middle band needs tightened.
11. Lot 17, Line E, lot clean out needs straightened.
12. Meter box needs cleaned out at Lot 38.
13. Raise Lot 42, 43 lot clean outs to curb level.
14. Main line water valves need stem extensions at Lot 2 on
Bethel Road and Lot 1, Line I southwest corner (fire
hydrant and main line valve).
15. All 2" blow offs need flat flanges and elbows installed.
