Suzan,
I spoke with Joe Crass, and the relocations are scheduled to begin on
December 27, 2005. The construction time should be 30 days from the time
that construction starts. The 1st portion that should be done is the
open cut across N. Coppell Rd., as requested by Keith Marvin to coincide
with the school holidays.
The overhead construction is proceeding along nicely. The concrete poles
were set on Tuesday, 12/13/05, and most of the overhead wire has been
installed.
