Dear Mr Allen:
Enclosed is a copy of the City of Coppell Development Fee Assessment table, along with a copy
of the Development Fee calculations for the referenced development. Please make payment to the
City of Coppell in the amount of $ 603.21 and forward to the Finance Department along with a
copy of the Fee Assessment table.
There is a question on how the water is to be used. It is my understanding that the water is for
washing equipment and employees hands. What I am unclear about is to what happens to the
runoff when the equipment is washed. Please provide a letter explaining the expected use of the
water service.
Providing a copy of your paid receipt to the Engineering Depa[hiient will help us m verify the
payment of required fees and insure a successful beginning of this project. We look forward
