This will limit any available space for parking or cause encroachment onto the site to develop a parking area which may impact any natural, historical or archeological area. The developer has offered no improvement of the potential park site and will look at transferring ownership of the property only. The Board would,like screening or buffering of the potential park si. Ce along any area where another use is planned to occur adjacent to the potential park site. This ~s primarily where a light industrial use will be bordering on the potential park site. The Board is concerned that areas of historical significance and archeologically important areas may be lost due to development occuring on them. The Board would like Park Boulevard, the only entry into the potential park site, improved so that safe ingress/egress is maintained.
