I have reviewed the proposed plans on the above mentioned preliminary
plat and wish to make the following comments.
The sanitary sewer easements need to be changed to 20 ft. in width.
The water and sewer shown on Bethel Road need to be changed. The
16" water is on the north side of Bethel and the 8" sanitary sewer
is on the south side of Bethel.
I still have questions about whether or not the proposed sanitary
sewer on proposed Webb Roberts Road will flow into the sanitary
sewer as shown on plans. Please check grades of existing lines.
Also, on the final plat,
please show valves on all fire hydrants.
