Specifically, with reference to the creek bank along the East side of our property and the associated damages to the swimming pool, flat deck, pool plumbing, electrical systems and landscapeing. Last Wednesday, the construction contractor on the G-6 drainage improvement program removed the lower half of a two tier retaining wall made of timber posts. On Friday evening, heavy rains saturated the area resulting in a slope failure. Continued rains on Saturday and Sunday, increased the volume and velocity of water flow in the creek which further undercut the unprotected slope. Today, Monday, May 8, 1995, substantial slope failure is evident and damage to the swimming pool is visible to the naked eye. I would appreciate the opportunity to discuss these issues with the appropriate parties, would you please help identify the person ! need to speak with.
