Walk Through Stonemeade/Water Sanitary Sewer
Field personnel conducted a follow-up walk through of the above referenced project and the
following items remain deficient:
. 1. Need valve extensions at main line valves at these lots:
f/qt. Lot 11 on Brush Creek - 1 mainline valve and 1 fire hydrant valve.
L?'l°f ~9.~~b. 16" tie-in at Tree Ct/Parkway, Crooked stack.
(~)[~ 2. Lot 61 on Heartz Road - Replace bent setter.
Parkway frontage at Lot 61.
Also uncover sewer manhole on
Lots 39, 40, and 56 - Deep sewer laterals.
Manhole at Line A Tie-in - Smooth rough, jagged edges where top half of pipe
was cut out.
Lot 4 Line F - The Chimney seal not properly installed - no grout on outside
ting.
Lot 41 & 42 - Uncover existing 15" sanitary sewer manhole in easement.
The screening wall contractor will have to set final grade in the tight-of-way
and sidewalk will have to be completed along Parkway Blvd.
Please have the contractor contact staff when all items have been corrected. This project
should not be accepted until all punch list items are corrected.
