Walk Through Stonemeade/Water Sanitary Sewer
Field personnel performed a walk through at the above referenced subdivision this morning.
The following items were found to be deficient.
1. Need valve extensions at main line valves at these lots:
.,, p~a. Lot 34 and 35 at Rustic Meadow and Heartz - all three mainline valves

Lot 61 on Heartz Road - Replace bent setter. Also uncover sewer manhole on
~ Parkway frontage at Lot 61.
3~ Fire hydrant seat leaking. Flush out debris and if needed, replace main seat -
(across from LOt 4 Line F).
Lot 11 on Garden Grove - Lower setter to accommodate meter.
{'<.Uncover 24" sanitary sewer manholes at Lots 15, 29, and 30.
Lot 48 - Repour pad on clean out.
7~IC LOt 53 - Replace plastic clean-out.

l~C.l~anhole at Lot 54 - Top part of 8" drop needs more grout around pipe and
cut in the manhole.
