As requested by Mr. Larry Davis in the pre-construction conference for the State Highway 121 Water Line
project, we have re-plotted the construction plans at full scale and are providing you with three sets of blue line
prints for the project. If these meet with your satisfaction, please stamp them as approved for construction and
forward one set to H & W Utility Contractors through Mr. Larry Davis or Mr. Garreth Campbell.
