Development Fee Assessment
Dear Mr. Johnson:
Pursuant to Ken Gfiffin's letter of November 6, referencing development fee assessment [or the
above project, attached are copies of the assessment sheets along with copies of receipts for the
fees. The fees were paid at the Water Department. Please note that street light fees were also paid
as we received a copy of the electrical layout indicating 15 street lights (15 lights X $292.60/light
-- $4389.00).
Pursuant to Ken's letter of November 23, irrigation impact fees have also been paid.
The 2% Construction Inspection Fee will be paid prior to the preeonstruction meeting of the project
as soon as contracts are awarded.
In summary, the following fees (as assessed) have been paid for this project:
$85,890.50
Development Fees $ 4,389.00
· ~Street Lights $ 3,250.00
