Water Impact Fee:

Domestic Meter/s = 89 ESU's
Irrigation Meter/s = ESU's
Fireline Meter/s = ESU's
Total 89 ESU's @ $650.00 ea = $57,850.00
100% due prior to Council approval of final plat.
* This assessment does not include irrigation meter impact
due to that information not being available at this time.
Wastewater Impact Fee:
89 - 5/8"x3/4" Domestic Meter/s = 89 ESU's @ 225.00

100% due prior to Council approval of final plat.
Water Tap Inspection Fee
89 Connections @ $100.00 each = $8,900.00
100% due prior to issuance of building permit.
Sewer Tap Inspection Fee
89 Connections @ $100.00 each = $8,900.00
100% due prior to issuance of building permit.
Utility Final Inspection Fee
89 Residential Homes @ $50.00 each = $4,450.00
100% due prior to issuance of building permit.
Street Lighting Fee
Shall be assessed and paid prior to final acceptance of project.
Note: This fee cannot be assessed until after TU Electric submits
the lighting plan for the proposed project. Once plan is
submitted $292.60 per light will be assessed.
Street Signs Fee
See attached Street sign assessment sheet.
100% due prior to final acceptance of project.
Park Fee
89 Residential Lots at $150.00 each = $13,350
Units (Multi family) at $75.00 each =
50% of the amount specified above shall be paid by the Developer;
prior to Council approval of final plat.
50% remaining shall be paid by the Builder at such time as a
building permit is issued.
Please advise the Developer of these fees and due dates.
If you have any questions regarding these assessments please
advise.

of Coppell Subdivision Ordinance Appendix A chapter VIII A. The
following cost of those sign materials required are based on
current pricing which is reviewed on a regular basis.
