Dear Mike,
As I discussed with you on the telephone, I am requesting that you not begin construction on the
referenced project until after the first of the new year.
This request is in response to concerns from the adjacent property owners.
I will expect to hear from you the week of December 27th so that we can schedule a
preconstruction meeting.
