purposes of the contract, your calendar days will start on December 27, 1994 and expire on June
19, 1995. If you should begin work prior to December 27, 1994, then the expiration date of
your calendar days will be adjusted accordingly.
Your executed copy of the contract is transmitted with this letter.

RE: Stream G-6/Bethel School Road Drainage Improvements DR 93-06
On November 8th, 1994, the City Council awarded a contract for the construction of the project
as discussed in the public meetings to M.A. Vinson Construction Co., Inc. Currently, the City
is processing the contract for signatures by M.A. Vinson and the Mayor. It is anticipated that
this project could begin construction some time in early December. The City's inspector on this
project will be Garreth Campbell. Mr. Campbell can be reached at 393-1016 for any questions
that you may have during the course of the construction of this project.
As has been stated during the public meetings, the City is very sensitive to the concerns of the
citizens along this project and has attempted to take precautions to protect as many trees as
possible during the duration of construction.
