RE: Stream G-6/Bethel School Road Drainage Improvements DR 93-06
Dear Mr. Vinson:
Enclosed with this letter please find three copies of the contract for the above referenced project.
Please sign and return the three copies so that they can be executed by the Mayor. The project
was awarded by the City Council to your firm at the November 8th, 1994 City Council meeting.
Once the contracts have been signed by the Mayor, a copy will be returned to your office along
with a notice to proceed letter.
As we previously discussed, there will probably be a change order on this project to incorporate
additional gabion work. As part of that change order, I would request that you work with the
inspector, Garreth Campbell, to eliminate a large part of the proposed rip-rap at the outfall of
the channel in Grapevine Creek to help offset the cost of the proposed change order.
