Waiver for the requirements for a screening
Wall around new elementary school on Moore Rd.
On Tuesday evening, May 27, 1986, the City Council approved
the final plat for the new Moore Rd. Elementary School.
The required screening wall was not included because the
school wanted to request a variance. The council's reaction
seem to be positive toward this verbal request. The City
Attorney, however, indicated that the proper proceedures
should be followed in addressing this issue.
After consulting with the City Attorney, we are asking
you place this item on the council agenda for June 10,
1986, and that the council officially waive this-
requirement;
Attached for your information is a copy of a letter from
the C.I.S.D. requesting this waiver.
