RE: Stream G-6 Drainage Project (DR 93-06)
Dear Mr. Hayashi:
The City of Coppell is anticipating awarding the contract for the referenced project at the
November 8th, 1994 City Council meeting. To facilitate the construction of this project, it is
necessary to obtain an additional drainage easement off of your property. Included with this
letter is a copy of the drainage easement. This easement should be signed, notarized and
returned to the City. For your convenience, the secretary in the Engineering Department is a
notary and will be happy to notarize your signature prior to the submittal of the easement.
This project is currently on a fast track and any assistance you can provide the City in
expediently signing and returning the easement will be greatly appreciated.
