Walk-thru Riverchase Elementary School
1. Repair fire hydrant at MacArthur.
2. Repair F.H. valve stack to go on valve (same F.H. as above).
3. Need valve extension for same F.H. above.
4. Mark all (F.H.) in red on curb.
5. F.H. needs post per Larry Davis (See Larry Davis) to guard F.H. from ears.
6. Vault holding water; eannot inspect inside (stop leak and pump down for inspection.
7. Clean meter ean and DC box on irrigation line below fittings.
8. Clean out Dom. curb stops for inspection and eap on pipe at top.
9. Mark in red (WAD) on curb and raise lid and grout inside.
10. Mark in red (MID on manhole on curb.
11. Replace sewer pipe in cleanout.
12. F.H. missing blue marker in street on S.E. side of building.
13. Same F.H. needs valve stack extension.
14. Stub off valve at guardrail - need a 3' extension.
15. Mark all (FHV) in red.
16. Repair F.H. in back of building will not drain & oil top.
17. N.E.F.H. needs extension on valve stack & oil top.
18. N.W.F.H. needs extension on valve stack.
19. Mark (MLV) on curb in blue on MacArthur.

Clean & reseal joints in left turn lane painted white.
Replace broken corners on all barrier-free ramps painted white.
Rout & seal cracks painted white in sidewalk.
Replace 35 MPH speed limit sign with concrete base attached to 2" telespar pole with
a 1 3A" break-away sign needs to be just like the damaged one at least 7" above the
ground from bottom of sign.
Change Road Closed sign from orange background to yellow.
Drainage
1. Place rock rip-rap at outlets and headwalis.
