Dear Mr. Ratliff:
This is to inform the city that I expect the ordinance prohibiting
construction to be begin before 7 am to be enforced. Otherwise, I
will notify the Police if the school construction starts again at
6 AM as it did this morning. I talked with the Mr. Williams,
Pro~ect Supervisor when he began his pouring of the slab this
morning and asked him not to continue working at & AM.
I have no illusions that anyone truly cares about the dirt~
trucks and general inconvenience much less the loss of sleep my
family has experienced. I have spoken with Mike Hodge of the City
and asked that a personal visit be made to remind and inform the
supervisor on the school that those that are paying the bills are
being disturbed and will not continue to be abused.
