RE: Stream G-6 Drainage Project (DR 93-06)
Dear Mr. and Mrs. Bunger:
The City of Coppell has held its second public meeting concerning the referenced project. Based
on input from that meeting, the City is proceeding with the bidding of this project. It is
anticipated that the contract will be awarded for the project in either November or December,
depending on the actual opening of the bids. To facilitate the construction of this project, it is
necessary to obtain an additional drainage easement off of your property. Included with this
letter is a copy of the drainage easement. This easement should be signed, notarized and
returned to the City. For your convenience, the Engineering Secretary is a notary and will be
happy to notarize your signature prior to the submittal of the easement.
Also, included with this letter is a portion of the construction plans showing the type of
improvements and/or grading that will be placed on your property in the drainage easement.
This project is currently on a fast track and any assistance you can provide the City in
expediently signing and returning the easement will be greatly appreciated.

in, along, upon and across the following described property owned by G~NTOR (the
"easemem") for the pu~ose of constructing drainage improvements across G~NTOR'S main
tract wi~ the right and privilege at all times, of the G~NTEE herein, its agents, employees,
worsen and representatives having ingress, egress, and regress in, along, upon and across said
premises (the "easemem") for ~e pu~ose of making additions to, improvemems on and repairs
to said draimge ~provements or any pan thereof.
Said easement being described in Exhibits "A" and "B" attached hereto and made a pan
hereof for all pu~oses.

easement, such fences, buildings and other obstructions as may be found upon said pro~.
After construction of the drainage ~provements has been completed, G~NTEE shall, except
for removed obstructions, remm the surface area of the easement to its origiml condition as
nearly as practical ~ing into comideration the nature of the work being peffo~ed.
G~NTORS rese~e the right to use and maintain the surface of the easemem for pu~oses
which will not interfere with G~NTEE'S rights hereby granted and agree ~at upon completion
of ~e drainage improvements and restoration of the surface, G~NTEE shall not be obligated
for ~mre maintenance and upkeep of the surface area.
