The City of Coppell City Council awarded the contract for the
referenced project to H & W Utility Contractors, inc. on March
23, 1999. The 5 sets of contract documents have been executed
by the mayor and are being rcutrned to you for execution by the
contractor.
When the contracts have been executed please return two
complete sets to me.
