Since the date of my June 26,1992 memorandum, staff has completed
the finish grading of the sewer line at the Coppell Middle
School. The completion of that component of this project
completes those improvements approved by Council for the 1991-92
fiscal year. All facilities managed by the Parks Division at the
Middle School are being maintained on a scheduled maintenance
program.
Based on this information, staff would request that this file be
deactivated at this time. Unless you have a problem with this
matter, staff will forward all files to Ms. Darlene Greene to
place in the Central Files. Should you have any questions, please
contact me.
