Coppell Middle School 1992 Ball Field Improvements

As I had mentioned to you on February 4, 1992, staff spoke with Mr.
Echols and he indicated that he would be sending correspondence
which would grant permission for the City to install a two-inch
forced main sanitary sewer line to the concession/restroom building
at the Coppell Middle School. Once this document is received,
staff will order the Simplex grinder pump and essential materials
for this project.
In regard to other improvements, staff is almost complete with
repairs to the concession/restroom facility. Staff is also in the
process of obtaining a third proposal to provide electricity to the
four-plex. This should be complete by next week, with installation
taking place approximately two weeks after that date. Staff is
also working with the Baseball Association to complete the backstop
overhang during Saturday, February 8, 1992.
Staff shall continue to work on these projects and update you by
February 27, 1992.
