Dear Mr. Griffin,
We are writing in regard to the Stream G-6 with Bethel School
Road project. Our neighbor, Kathy Schroeder, spoke to you last
week requesting a meeting with you, the Schroeder's and ourselves.
At this time, you informed Kathy that the plans were being rede-
signed. You stated the expectation for this was approximately two
weeks.
As homeowners, it is important to us to be kept up-to-date on
the reconstruction plans for the stream. Even though Steve and I
attended the May 16, 1994 meeting about this project, we had not
received the letter announcing the public meeting. We would like to
be sure that your office has the correct homeowners for 706 HawlO~
Lane and that you will be informing us when the redesign work is
completed,the time you and your staff ha~e
