GENERAL NOTES AND COMMENTS:
- 82 trees within the concrete and gabions or grading areas; may
be able to save as many as half of them.
- North arrow on sheet 3 is incorrect.
· Show flowline elevations at various points on plan view (ends
of box, concrete).
- Show channel geometry.
· Shift gabions and concrete to save trees in the general area
between stations 10+35 and 11+20.
· Construction notes for drain tie-ins.
· May need slope erosion protection near Sra. 16+00 to restrain
channel meander.
· Check all tributary tie-ins to be sure drainage will occur.
· Graded areas will require some type of cover to control
erosion; several owners have rescue under trees; one or two
have St. Augustine; one suggested Buffalo grass.
· Much debris in channel from upstream of Moore Rd., ie:
bottles, limbs, grass clippings, other trash.
· Ken needs cross sections w/100 year existing and proposed.
· Revise plans and return to City by June 15.
