The two timelines are attached. F&N is approaching this as a new Impact Fee with the two
public heatings, etc. My question is can we use the process that begins at 395.052 to
"amend" our current study? That only requires one public heating, which is a hearing on
amendments to the study.
The error that 1 made is not having the P&Z file semiannual reports as required in
395.058.c.4. Can that error be corrected using the process described in 395.0717
