The copy of the draft impact fee report that was promised to be delivered to you is included in this
package. This includes modifications to the buildout land use assumptions at MacArthur and
Samuels Roads as well as modifications to the roadway land use divisions. Please feel free to

Tuesday, August 23, 2005, night at 6 PM.
