1. Valve ext. on all valves over 4'.
2. All vaults need locking latch.
3. All vaults need to have drainage.
4. Paint vaults lids blue.
5. Vault DC needs to be tested; plugs in ball valves (large & small).
6. Vault must be dry on follow-up walkthru.
7. Check & replace valve pads on all MLV & FH valves on old City water line and FH around
old building.
8. Mark IRR in blue on curb at all meter cans for irrigation; paint meter can lids blue.
9. Need letter from landscaper stating that manholes, valves, & meter cans will not be covered.
10. Paint all FH valves lids red.
11. 2" Irrigation DC needs tested; plugs in ball valves.
12. Paint all FH yellow.
13. FH in back of building needs oil.
14. Mark pad on stub-out with stub in blue.
15. FH valve on east side of building, reset valve stack.
16. Three new manholes need rain pan; one manhole needs chimney seal; Mark MH in red on
curb at all manholes and paint all lids red.
17. Replace 1 mmn hne valve pad, N.E. of building.
18. Mark MLV in blue on curb at all main line valves.
19. Mark FI-IV in red on curb at all Fire Hydrant valves.
