EVALUATION OF ITEM:
This item comes to Council because of a reluctance on the part of C.I.S.D. to spend $1,000.00 to insure
continuity of sidewalk design is accomplished in and around Town Center. By consensus, the Council on
Friday, Oc~ber 1, 1993, felt meandering sidewalks on Heartz Road were an important design element to
pursue at this location.
