Overpayment - Heartz Road Elementary Pro.
Coppell Independent School District paid fees for utility final inspections, water tap
inspections, and water meter fees. These fees were paid to Engineering. K. A. Sparks did
not know these fees had been prepaid and again paid fees to the Water Utilities Division.
Attached, are copies of the receipts. K. A. Sparks overpaid by $840.16. Please reimburse
them for this overpayment.
