Dear Mr. Martin:
A pre-construction conference for the State Highway 121 Water Line project has been scheduled for Thursday,
May 20, 1999 at 2:00 p.m. In preparation for the meeting, we are delivering eight sets of construction plans
and specification for the project. Please confirm these sets meet with the City's approval for construction. If
they are acceptable, please have five sets available for the contractor' s use at the pre-constmction conference.
If additional sets are required, please do not hesitate to notify us so that we can make the necessary
arrangements.
