1. Missing City valve on 24 to vaults.
2. Vaults need lock latches.
3. Vaults need to be dry to check for leaks and blocking in vaults.
4. Drainage around all vaults.
5. Starleaf 1~ valve needs extension 3' on Sandy Lake.
6. Starleaf tire hydrant needs street marking blue all fire hydrants.
7. 1~ fire hydrant needs 6' extension on Starleaf from Sandy Lake.
8. Valve at 1125 needs extension 3'.
9. DC in vaults need test paper work.
10. Fire hydrant at 1123 needs extension 3'.
11. Valve at 1123 & 1121 needs extension 3'.
12. Valve at 1117 & 1119 needs extension 3'.
13. Note 4" tap on As Bullts off 8" water main.
14. Valve at 1109 needs 2' extension.
15. Valve to fire hydrant at 1109 needs 2' extension.,

36. Missing valve to vault off Starleaf to vault.
37. Mark on curb IRR in blue & tops 100 years from Sandy Lake.
38. Station 17 on Starleaf needs text DC paperwork.
39. Need extension on 24 fire hydrant on Starleaf 6' extension from Sandy Lake.
40. 3~d fire hydrant needs 3' extension from Sandy Lake on Starleaf.
41. Man line valve 300 yards from Sandy Lake on Starleaf needs 3' extension.
42. 4* 4 + 5- fire hydrant needs to raise 6" and extension 4'.
43. Valve damaged at Starleaf and school, Ia valve on new water line.
44. Manhole at school in sidewalk - mark on curb Mil in red, paint lid red and put bolts
in lid.
