Meter box must be cleaned out to below meter setter to check bottom nuts for leak.
Vault full of water; cannot check valves or Double Check.
Pour pad around City clean-out.
Locate FI-IV stack and raise to ground level and pour pad.
Call 972-462-5150 for a follow-up when items are corrected.
