I hope you're good at research...remember I faxed a reassessment of St. Andrew's Manor for an additional
irrigation meter recently? I'm trying to get the Fee Summary updated to show all meter fees/deposits, etc.
and whether they have paid everything. Read my correspondence with Beverly (attached) and see if you
can find additional info that would complete that file. She mentioned a payment of something in 2001 that
I don't have any record of. Anything you can do would help. Thanks!

ok, I've researched this and we never received any money from them in 2000,
if they said we did I would like to see the receipt, I spoke with Mike Hodge
on the pad we charged at the time the permit was picked up and adjusted
this on the summary which was a total of $145.65. We did'nt issue the
house meter here it was done thru water utilities on 11/15/01 and on the
new irrigation meters they are also issued thru water utilities. Rhonda

What about the other meters that were assessed back in Oct. 2000? Have those been paid for? I believe
he might have come to your office to pay for them, e.g. a residential domestic meter and the fees
associated with it. Is that correct?

Irrigation meters are bought from Water utilites, I know it gets a little confusing
on who hands out meters.

Have you updated their fee payment spreadsheet in the computer recently? We reassessed that project
for an additional irrigation meter last week, so I added info on that. I noticed that some of the original
meter assessments do not show as being paid. Since this is a residential project, I thought you might
have information not available to me that would update the spreadsheet on those items. If so, please
reply. Thanks.
