I.S.D. will be responsible for the districts' share of

HISTORY:
There has been no previous activity on this site.
TRANSPORTATION:
The present condition of Coppell Road is a two-lane asphalt
roadway. Roadway assessment cost is calculated at $105 per
front foot, and the total amount calculated for the portion
of this site is $77,002.80.
ANALYSIS:
The purpose of this final plat is to create a legal
building site for an elementary school, which will be
identical to the Barbara Austin and Mockingbird schools.
This school will be a two-story structure with 72,000
square feet of floor area.
ALTERNATIVES: 1) Approve the Final Plat
