HEARING DATE: May 14, 1991 LOCATION: SIZE OF AREA: Approximately 1,350 feet south of Sandy Lake Road, along the east side of Coppell Road. 9.45 Acres REQUEST: Approval of a final plat. TRANSPORTATION: The present condition of Coppell Road is a two-lane asphalt roadway. Roadway assessment cost is calculated at $105 per front foot, and the total amount calculated for the portion of this site is $77,002.80. ANALYSIS: The purpose of this final plat is to create a legal building site for an elementary school, which will be identical to the Barbara Austin and Mockingbird schools.
