Proposed Sidewalk on Coppell Road/Estimate

In my last response I stated that the funds were available for
these projects. As you know, since that time, funding has become
critical. Based on our current budget, these projects can't be
funded.
Please advise if it would be possible to use unallocated surplus
funds to accomplish these sidewalks. Next status 8/11/92.
