Dear Mr. Griffin:
Can-Fer Construction Company has encountered a change in conditions at the work site
that was not part of the bidding process. We based our bid on the fact that there would
be no other contractors working on our work site as delineated by the contract
documents. The other contractor has forced us to double and triple handle excavated
material because we do not have access around our excavation.
Can-Fer Construction Company is in the process of quantifying the impact in cost and in
time for this change in condition.
