Dear Mr. Davis:
I am writing in response to our recent conversation concerning what additional items are
needed for Opticom System operation at the intersection of Denton Tap Road and Bethel
Road. The intersection is currently equipped with Opticom detectors on the Denton Tap
approaches, Opticom detector cable wired to the controller cabinet, and the necessary card
rack. Only the Model 262 Discrimina~odU!e-~needed for Opticom operation. The Model
262 Discriminator plugs into the label~--~s-'~io'--n on the card rack.
I contacted the local Opticom equipment distributer, Consolida,,tP~~c Controls, Inc., (Mr.
Jerry Priester, (817) 265-3421) and they quoted me a price (~[~or the Discriminator
Module. Once the module is installed, if the Opticom system is no{-full~ operational, we will
need to contact the Contractor, Sig-Op Systems, Inc.
