'* Note: If property to be developed is in the Coppell Municipal Utility District #1 this fee shall be assessed, but shall not be collected until such time as an interlocal agreement is made between the City and MUD. Water Tap Inspection Fee 3 Connections ~ $100.00 each = $ 300.00 100% due prior to issuance of building permit. STREET SIGN ASSESSMENT for Coppell Elementary School ~5 Coppell Road The following assessment is being made in accordance with the City of Coppell Subdivision Ordinance Appendix A chapter VIII A. The following cost of those sign materials required are based on current pricing which is reviewed on a regular basis. Street Lighting Fee Shall be assessed and paid prior to final acceptance of project. Note: This fee cannot be assessed until after TU Electric submits the lighting plan for the proposed project. Once plan is submitted $292.60 per light will be assessed. StreetSigns Fee See attached Street sign assessment sheet. 100% due prior to final acceptance of project. Park Fee N/A Residential Lots at $150.00 each ~ S N/A Units (Multi family) at $75.00 each = $ N/A 50% of the amount specified above shall be paid by the Developer; prior to Council approval of final plat. 50% remaining shall be paid by the Builder at such time as a building permit is issued.
