Walk-thru at Stoneleigh at Riverchase
Listed below are Utilities Division comments relative to walk thru.
1. Eng. Insp. requested extn. on 3 valves at Bld~.16-too deep.
2. F.H. at Bldg. 14 had bottom seal problem.
3. Valve at Bldg. 13 needed extensions.
4. FHV at Bldg. 10 needs extension.
5. FHV for FH at Bldg. 4 outhouse is at Bldg. 2 parking-needs
red paint.
6. Need extn. for valve at clubhouse-needs red paint.
7. En~.Insp. requested unpainted extension for valve at Bldg. 18
be left.
FHV at Bldg. 19 needs extn. and red paint.
Need caps on test ports, need seal caps where line enters
vault. Water in west vault.
10. Need seal caps where pipe cones into vault. En~. Insp. has
requested water be diverted around vaults.
11. Replace stone lid and clean out doublecheck box ~oin~ to Day-
Care Center.
12. Put ~ravel in 2# meter can and expose fittings in irrigation
meter can east of 2 vaults.
13. Put gravel in 2" meter can by FH at entrance by Clubhouse at
main entrance.
14. Manhole east of main entrance needs chimney seal (link seals).
15. Water in vault. Need seal caps, same as west vault.
16. Doublecheck needs caps on test ports. Need to check for
supports under pipes. Need to divert water.
17. Need gravel in meter can by vaults.
