Per our telephone conversation on Monday, June 10, 1 991, the City of Coppell is requesting
the services of Barton-Aschman to assist the City with the signing of the Contract Documents
for the above-referenced project. It is our understanding that Barton-Aschman will coordinate
the signing of the Contract Documents between the Owner, City of Coppell, and the
Contractor, Sig-Op Systems, Inc.
As I stated during our conversation, the proposed services would be considered additional
work as outlined by our current Letter of Agreement with the City for this project. The fee
for the additional services will be based on our hourly rates for staff personnel, current at the
time of performance, for staff services rendered. Direct reimbursement for out-of-pocket
expenses such as mileage, reproduction, etc. will be billed at cost and will be added to the
staff time costs incurred.
