Need pad on (MLV) on Riverchase and Fairway.
Need marking on curb at same MLV marked in blue.
Clean out meter can on blowoff marked on curb (BO) in blue-add to blowoff pipe.
Paint yellow F.H. cap on City water line.
!~t FH on Fairway needs dirt around bottom of rue hydrant.
Replace broken valve pad on Riverchase.

Need gate for meter readers to read vault and meters.
Replace vault lid - bent and broken - and need latch for lock and paint top in blue.
Cut down dirt around vaultz for drainage.
Seal inside vaults with grout to stop leak.
Mark on curb vault.
Need metal meter can on irrigation DC and l~int top blue.
Irrigation DC need test paperwork.
Need blue markers on street at all rue hydrants.
Repair leak on fire hydrant on Building 15.
Need letter from landscaper stating that he will not cover valves or manholes.

11. Re-mark valve at Building 18 - change to MLV.
12. Need valve cap at Building 18 and paint blue.
13. Repair fire hydrant at Building 22.
14. MLV at building 22 needs valve stack and pad.
1~. Need pad and extension on MLV on Fairway on east side of road.
16. At Building 25 manhole bottom ring loose and re-do concrete around top.
17. At Building ZI manhole reset top and replace ehlmney seal and rain pan.
18. Need eoncln~ on outside of manhole at Building 18.
19. Grout inside old manhole at new pipe to seal from drainage.
