The above referenced project has been awarded to Sig-Op Systems, Inc. by
the City Council on April 9, 1991. I am assigning this project to you for
coordination and inspection.
Please contact Sig-Op Systems, Inc. and set up a pre-construction meeting
as soon as possible. It was my understanding that our consultant,
Barton-Aschman was handling contract administration, however, that is
apparently not the case.
In the mean time I have asked Mr. Don Glen of Barton-Aschman to provide us
with six (6) sets of contract documents and plans.
The tentative time of completion is June, 1991, and we need to expedite
the project anyway possible.
