Since this is the time of year when most Texas city managers
are looking for budget n~bers, we want to share some current
data with you from the Technology Resource Center's files. I
am enclosing a copy of a recent stu~ sent to us by Bob Hart,
city manager of Georgetown, comparing Georgetown's development
fees with other central Texas cities.
The other data enclosed are the preliminary results of a survey
of water and wastewater rates of Texas cities. The survey was
conducted in April, and the final report is now being
tabulated. This preliminary data is only about one-third of
the total collected. The final report is expected in June.
I am also enclosing information about the services of the
