This is to confirm our telephone conversation
regarding the approval of up to $220,000 by the
city of Coppell for the construction of the
Coppell TEEX training center. The approval of the
expenditure of these funds are contingent upon:
1. The Coppell training center being a
Texas A&M University System facility
2. The Coppell training center being
staffed by Texas A&M University
personnel "top to bottom"
3. The Coppell training center's director
will be paid by the Texas A&M
University System, rather than by
another business or corporation.
