Herrscher Program Executive The Meadows Foundation Wilson Historic Block 2922 Swiss Avenue Dallas, Texas 75204-5928 The City of Coppell is excited about the expansion and permanent relocation of The North Texas Regional Training Center, the Texas A&M University System to our To ensure the successful completion of this project, and in cooperation with Texas A&M University, the City of Coppell has agreed to: Contribute up to $220,000.00 by waiver of fees, development costs and by providing certain municipal services normally charged to a development. Waive future road assessment costs for the Bethel Road Improvements, with an estt~ted value of $250,000.00. Provide the construction cost for the median cut on Denton Tap Road into the proposed University Drive, valued at $25,000.00. In addition, the City and the Coppell Independent School District have Jointly agreed to provide a fifteen (15) year tax abatement on incremental land value that accrues. This project will have a positive economic impact on this area, and the City is pleased to be a part of bringing this educational training center to Coppell.
