Dear Mayor Wolfe:
I regret to inform you that we will not be establishing a regional
training center in Coppell. As you probably know, when Mayor
Duggan contacted Chancellor Adkisson and made his presentation to
our Board of Regents, the city of Coppell was going to furnish the
30,000 square foot facility and the Baptist Foundation was going to
provide the ten acres of land. Since the status of this project
has changed since then, we will not be able to proceed with
relocating the training center at this time.
Please express my sincere appreciation to Alan Ratcliff and the
Coppell City Council members for the many courtesies they
extended to me while working on this project. If I can ever be of
service to you, please let me know.
