National Un,on Fire Insurance Company of Pittsbur_~h. Pa. as Stlrety, are held
and firmly bound unto City of Coppell. Texas
as Obligee, in the full and just sum of TWO THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED FORTY THREE AND NO/100 ....
Dollars ($2~143.00 ),
lawful money of the United States, to the payment of which sum, well and truly to be
ra~de, the Principal and Surety bind themselves, their and each of their heirs, executors,
administrators, successors and assigns, jointly and severally, firmly by these presents.
WHEREAS, The Principal has entered into a written contract dated July 9~ 1991
with the Obligee for City of Coppell's easements at Thacker Container Project located
505 Airline Drive
WHEREAS, said contract provides that the Principal will furnish a bond conditioned to
guarantee for the period of ONE (1) YEAR after approval of the final estimate on
said job, by the owner, against all defects in workmanshipandmaterialswhichmy
become apparent during said peried.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CONDITION OF THIS OBLIGATION IS SUCH that, if the Principal shall
indemnify the Obligee for all loss that the Obligee may sustain by reason of any de-
fectivematerials or workmanshipwhichbecome apparent during the aforesaid period,
then this obligation shall be void, otherwise to r~nain in full force and effect.

2) City main tap for fireline, city required vault assemblies,
tie into storm drain, tie into sewer $15,450
Total $21,430
