Application for Tax Abatement from Thacker & Thacker
Staff has reviewed the material provided as it relates to fees
being waived on the project. Your letter to James Tubb list the
fees applicable to the project that could be waived. Staff doean't
recommend waiving the water meter fee, it's a direct expense to the
City. Another fee category which may be considered is the
construction inspection fee.
