portion of the research for this assessment includes contacting local goveramental agencies that
may have information concemlng this Subject Property. I would like to make a Texas Open
Records Act re. quest for any information concerning: records of any local drinking water
cont~minatioa, records of unauthorized discharges involving toxic releases or hazardous substance
spills, or emergency response actions associated with this property.
Also as part of the environmantal assessment, Vefitech would like to request a copy of the most
recent analysis of the potable water supply for the location closest to the Subject Property. We are
particularly interested in the lead and copper content.
