Enclosed please find one copy of the Revised Final Plat, one copy of the
approved Water and Sanitary Sewer Plan (sheet 3 of 8) and one copy of the legal
description for that portion of Proposed Woodmoor Drive Right-of-Way and
utility easement which corresponds with the 8" water main and appurtenances to
be installed by Saint Ann Catholic Church along the Church's North property
line.
As discussed by telephone earlier today, the linear footage of 8" water main
along the proposed South Right-of-Way of Woodmoor Drive is 402.03 feet. The
cost for installing this main including the tap to the existing 12" water main
in Samuel Boulevard and the 6" water main extention and fire hydrant is
$15,882.00 as provided in a letter from Hall and Nelms, Inc. dated 2-23-88. A
copy is enclosed. Therefore, the cost per linear foot is $39.50.

tracts of land conveyed to the Roman Catholic Diocese of Dallas by Deeds recorded in
